What is the price of shipping?

We like to keep things simple, regular item shipping is $5-$10 worldwide.

Due to tariff increase, we offer FREE SHIPPING over $200 USD

  

What is the shipping time?

All orders are in stock and shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday.

5-15 business days

You can also choose different shippping you prefer with less expenditure, but please send email to hiimgemi@gmail.com for more information.

due to new tariff policy, there might be delayed 1-3 days
UK & Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland): 5-10 business days
Australia: 6-12 business days
Neu Zealand: 10-25 business days
Mexico: 6-12 business days

Rest of the world: 10-25 business days

• If you have made an error in your address, please email us ASAP., so we can help you . After an order has left the warehouse, the address cannot be changed any more.
• Please note that we are not held responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from our overseas warehouse and you may need to pay import duties or taxes, especially living outside of the USA.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please understand, that shipping to some remote locations is not possible. This includes:

Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, Cayman Islands.
